Liz is a licensed massage therapist who completed the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School’s 500hr certification program in December 2011. Since then Liz has developed a reputation for finding hidden areas of tension, having a strong yet sensitive touch, and creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Liz brings a strong sports background to the table with 8 years of competitive US Swimming; 6 years as a private swim coach, including 2 years as a US Master’s coach with High Altitude Masters in Santa Fe, NM; 2 years of competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; and an intensive yoga practice since February 2011. As such Liz empathizes with the serious athlete.
Prior to obtaining a license in massage therapy Liz received a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and the History of Math and Science from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, NM. Although Liz's primary focus of practice is injury prevention and management, she equally invites those who seek relaxation, better sleep, relief from sore muscles, and an overall heightened sense of well being.
